Returnable Items
Valid items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the ship date of your order. Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed through our warehouses. Our warehouse staff will check the package. We cannot guarantee that the item will be accepted as a valid return if it does not meet these requirements. If the item is not accepted as a valid return, the customers may not receive the refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
